Welcome to Tech Tools and Tips! This a collection of online resources for K-12 classroom teachers.  These resources are organized into 5 main areas:  Creativity, Communication & Collaboration, Research & Information Fluency, Critical Thinking & Problem Solving, and Digital Citizenship.  These skills are part of the Technology Application TEKS that all classroom teachers are expected to integrate into their curriculum.  Ideally, all students will master these skills by 8th grade.  

Look at the Technology Application TEKS for your grade level strand and compare them to your content area TEKS.  What similarities do you notice?  


Customized Training

Please contact  to schedule a training at your campus or district.  Teachers will have hands-on experience integrating the Technology Application TEKS into their lesson plans.  Trainings can be customized for specific audiences, such as high school social studies, or early childhood classrooms.
